Windows XP - Withdrawal of support

After April 8th 2014, Microsoft is no longer providing support and technical assistance for Windows XP, including automatic updates that help protect your PC. Support for Microsoft Outlook 2003 is discontinued from this date also.

For this reason, QueryTel will be unable to provide support to users of Windows XP or Outlook 2003. Our recommendation is to upgrade to a supported operating system and supported email software.

If you continue to use Windows XP or Outlook 2003 after support ends, your computer will still work but it might become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. Also, as software and hardware manufacturers continue to optimize for more recent versions of Windows, you can expect to encounter greater numbers of apps and devices that do not work with Windows XP.

If you would like assistance upgrading your computers, please contact us.
