Using Office 365 Small Business without email

 

Email is at the heart of Office 365 Small Business, but there may be some organisations that want Office 365 features but which aren't ready to transition their email yet.

Perhaps you've bought only one licence and want to use it to store documents safely and securely in OneDrive or maybe you want to create a simple website.

Okay so, collaboration works better if everyone has a licence: integrated email, messaging, and their own storage. 

 

Just remember.If there are more colleagues in your organisation than bought licences, then only those with a licence can access the service.

We'd always recommend that an organisation has an Office 365 licence for each of its employees and that email is used as the heart of Office 365.
