Where can I download the BCM Dial by Name software (BCM4, BCM450 & BCM50 only)?

Before you download the Dial by Name free 60 day trial software, please check that your BCM has a spare seat of LAN CTE.

Access and log into the Business Element Manager (BCM 4.0, BCM 450 release 1 to 6 and BCM 50 release 1 to 6 systems).

1. Within the configuration menu, select and drop down System folder. 

2. Click on key codes and check if LAN CTE shows active and the number of seats installed into the BCM system. 

3. From here, select and drop down the Applications folder. 

4. Click on LAN CTE. 

5. Check the number shown in the Number of active LAN CTE desk top box to ensure all the available seats are not already used by other Computers. 

6. If you have an spare LAN CTE seat you must download the LAN CTE software.

• Open Internet Explorer and enter IP address of the BCM system.
• Enter the user name and password.
• Click on User applications and select LAN CTE.
• Download the LAN CTE software on to the Computer.
• During the download, ensure you enter the BCM IP address and when the download is complete, reboot the Computer.

7. After the computer reboot, a Space Shuttle icon will appear next to the time on your computer monitor. This is the TSP Launcher. 

8. Right click the TSP Launcher and select TSP Control Panel. 

9. Ensure the TSP status is in service, before you download the Dial by Name software.
