Dial by Name is an Interactive Phone Directory for BCM. It enables you to:-

  • Dial your contacts by simply spelling their name
  • See who's calling before you answer
  • View and Dial from your personal call history
  • Access the Directory by phone or DeskTop client
  • Click to dial for all BCM users
  • Buddy Lists show real time contact status

Dial by Name provides a company-wide, instantly accessible telephone directory to every BCM user in the business.

The Directory can be accessed by all BCM users, via a BCM handset or a PC DeskTop client.

The Desk Top client provides enhanced functionality, including Click to Dial and interactive Buddy Lists.
