This is the official statement from Avaya regarding the compatibility of the new Windows 7 and the BCM software and applications.

  1. BCM 50 Release 5 and BCM 450 Release 5 only 

    The following applications are compatible now with computers using Windows 7 operating system: 

    a. Activity Reporter Basic 
    b. Application Launcher 
    c. BCM Monitor 
    d. BCM Business Element Manager and Call Pilot Manager 
    e. CDR Live stream 
    f. CDR Pull Client 
    g. Digital Mobility Controller 
    h. Digital Mobility Service Tool 
    i. IP 2050 Softphone Release 2.0 only 
    j. LAN CTE 
    k. Mailbox Manager 
    l. Personal Call Manager 
    m. Reporting for Contact Centre 
    n. Unified Voice and Fax Messaging 
  2. BCM 50 Release 3 and BCM 450 Release 1 only 

    The following applications will be compatible with computers using Windows 7 operating system in the near future: 

    a. Activity Reporter Basic 
    b. Application Launcher 
    c. BCM Monitor 
    d. BCM Business Element Manager and Call Pilot Manager 
    e. CDR Live stream 
    f. CDR Pull Client
