How do I switch voicemail on / off on my Avaya IP Office extension?

IP Office phone

You can use the following IP Office dialling short codes to control your Voicemail.

  • Dial *18: To turn your Voicemail on.
    Calls will go to voicemail when you are busy or don't answer.
  • Dial *19: To turn your Voicemail off:
    Turns off your Voicemail.

These are the default system short codes for this feature and they can be easily changed to a new value or digits.
